A new change

 Well a change is always new, whats new about this one then? This is something i have started to feel for the first time i must say I have never been an avid reader as i mentioned before but whatever little i have read of great men or men who have achieved success in life , or any good book recommends , few common factors are as follows : 1. Be an early riser but with atleast 7 to 8 hours of sleep 2. Meditation  3. Some sort of physical activity, yoga walk or whatever in some form manner 4. Time allocation with a to do list 5. Prepare for the next day in the previous night itself  6. Read few pages each day 7. Learn something new  8. Avoid gossips, energy drainers 9. Keep some time away from phone and avoid aimless social media / reels 10. Eat right Wow, as i list these i am kind of happy Am not fully and always into all of these 10 things but i have started couple of them and i also reach to a 50% hit ratio on few days Thats not bad indeed, i would want to get bette...
