Convenience.com
This is one of my favourite phrases — self-invented — and applicable to almost every aspect of life, personal or professional.
At its core, it’s about one’s own convenience.
Everyone practices it. The only difference is the degree.
Some do it blatantly, some subtly.
Some take big liberties, others feel victorious with small ones.
Convenience often becomes the invisible trigger behind professional tussles and personal complications. We all carry expectations — small or big — regardless of age. A child does, so does an adult.
Most actions driven by convenience are shaped by comfort, preference, past experience, and personal liking. Often, we don’t even realise we’re operating this way — whether while imposing our views or while quietly going along with someone else’s.
It usually doesn’t matter as long as expectations are met.
The real problem begins at the point of mismatch.
What’s the solution?
I don’t think there’s one universal answer. Every situation is different
What i have realised is this :
Understanding convenience- mine and others has helped lower expectations and standards
And that alone brings a strange amount of peace
